Building in public: AI tools, infrastructure, and Todon

I am rebuilding my website and turning it into a small public base for everything I am learning and shipping.

The direction is simple: practical AI tools, infrastructure experiments, and small products that can be used by people who work on laptops and desktops every day.

One of the ideas is Todon: a service inspired by to-do and done. The point is not to announce a giant startup before anything works. The point is to make progress visible, ship small pieces, and keep the loop honest.
